Privacy Policy for Fitness

Fitness ("we," "our," or "us"), published by QLines, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Fitness: Workout & Macro Log mobile application ("App", shown as Qlines Fitness on your home screen) handles when you use it on iOS devices.

By using Fitness, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information the App Stores

2.1 Information You Provide

When you use Fitness, you may enter the following information. It is stored locally on your device only:

Profile:

• Name (optional), sex, age, height and weight
• Preferred units (kilograms or pounds, centimetres or inches)
• Training goal, experience level and the days you want to train

Training data:

• Workout plans generated for you
• Workout sessions and the sets you log (repetitions, weight, duration)
• Custom exercises you create

Body measurements:

• Body-weight entries you log

Settings:

• Reminder settings (training-day reminders, optional hydration reminder)

2.2 Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, location data, contacts or usage data
• The App does not use Apple HealthKit and does not read or write Health data
• We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking, and the App contains no third-party SDKs
• The App has no AI features and sends nothing to an AI service
• We do not collect crash reports or diagnostics remotely

2.3 Photos and Camera

• This version of the App has no photo or camera feature and does not access your photo library or camera
• If a future version adds such a feature, the App will ask for your permission first and this policy will be updated

2.4 Notifications

• The App can send local notifications: a reminder on each of your training days, an optional hydration reminder, and a reminder 2 days before a free trial ends
• These notifications are created on your device; we do not use a push notification server
• You can allow or turn off notifications at any time in iOS Settings

3. How the Information Is Used

• Generate a training plan that matches your goal, schedule and experience level
• Record your sets and sessions and calculate your streaks, adherence, volume trends and personal records
• Calculate nutrition targets (calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, water and creatine) from your profile and goal
• Send the local reminders you have enabled

All of this is calculated on your device by the App. No data is sent to a server for processing.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Local Storage

• Your data is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework
• No data is stored on external servers, cloud services or third-party databases, and the App does not sync your data

4.2 Data Security

• Data is protected by iOS's built-in sandboxing, which keeps it inaccessible to other apps
• If your device has a passcode or biometric lock, iOS encrypts your data at rest
• We do not collect or store passwords, tokens or credentials

4.3 Data Retention

• Your data stays on your device for as long as the App is installed
• When you delete the App, iOS removes all of its data
• We do not hold copies of your data, because we never receive it

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

5.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, trade, rent or share your personal information with anyone. We could not do so, because your data never leaves your device.

5.2 Apple

• Subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit; payment is handled entirely by Apple
• The App verifies your purchase on your device with StoreKit 2; we do not receive your payment information, transaction history or Apple ID

5.3 No Third-Party Services

• No analytics services, advertising networks or social media integrations
• No crash reporting services
• No push notification services (notifications are local only)

5.4 Legal Requirements

We may have to disclose information if required by law. Because we do not collect or store your data, we have none to disclose.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Access and Control

• View and edit your profile in the App's Settings
• Review your plans, sessions and body-weight entries in the App; nothing is hidden on a remote server
• Allow or turn off notifications in iOS Settings at any time

6.2 Data Deletion

• There is no account to delete
• Use Settings → Delete all data in the App to remove your profile, plans, exercises and sessions from your device while keeping the App installed
• Or delete the App from your device: iOS then removes everything it stored
• Deletion is complete because no data exists on external servers

7. Children's Privacy

Fitness is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the App stores everything locally and collects nothing remotely, there is minimal risk. If you are a parent or guardian with concerns, please contact us.

8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

8.1 Subscription Services

Fitness offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Fitness Premium, through Apple's App Store, billed monthly or yearly. New subscribers may receive a 1-week free trial. The terms are described in the Terms of Use.

8.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed by Apple; we do not collect, store or have access to your payment information
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions

8.3 Subscription Data

• Your subscription status is checked on your device through Apple's StoreKit
• We do not store payment details, transaction IDs or purchase history on any server

9. Fitness and Nutrition Guidance Disclaimer

Fitness is a planning and tracking tool. The training plans, nutrition targets and supplement information it shows are general information and not medical advice. Speak to a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a health condition.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL and update the "Effective Date" at the top. For material changes, we may provide additional notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. International Users

Fitness is operated from Germany. Since all data is stored locally on your device and we do not transfer data to any server, there is no cross-border data transfer. Your data remains on your device regardless of your location.

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Know: Since all data is local, you can view it directly in the App.
• Right to Delete: You can delete all your data at any time with Settings → Delete all data.
• Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell personal information.

13. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have data protection rights. Because Fitness stores all data locally on your device and we do not collect or process your data on any server, you can exercise them directly within the App:

• Right to Access: View all your data within the App
• Right to Rectification: Edit your profile and entries at any time
• Right to Erasure: Delete all data from Settings or by deleting the App
• Right to Restrict Processing: Turn off notifications in iOS Settings
• Right to Object: You can stop using the App at any time
