What is EnergyOS?
EnergyOS is the QLines product for energy management. It starts with the analysis of your energy data and the management of your energy use, and then connects your IoT and SmartHome devices and energy systems.
How is EnergyOS priced?
By project and by analysis, not by device. Connected devices and energy systems are included in every project.
What is a project?
A project is one building, site or portfolio that you manage in EnergyOS, with its data, analyses, reports and connected devices.
What counts as an analysis?
Each analysis run counts once, for example a consumption analysis, a scenario comparison or a generated report. Viewing dashboards and live data does not count.
Can I use EnergyOS for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 project and 3 analyses per month, with 30-day data retention. No credit card required.
How does data retention work?
Your energy and device data, analyses and command history are stored for the retention period of your plan. Older data is automatically cleaned up. Upgrading your plan immediately extends the retention window.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with higher limits. Contact us at hello@qlines.net to manage your subscription.
What can I connect to EnergyOS?
IoT and SmartHome devices that can run our lightweight agent, and energy systems such as inverters, heat pumps, batteries, EV chargers and smart meters through standard energy protocols.
