Can I use UtilityControl for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 location, 3 meters, 50 readings, and basic AI features at no cost and with no time limit. No credit card required.
What happens when I reach my plan limits?
You'll see a friendly prompt to upgrade. Your existing data is never deleted — you simply can't add more until you upgrade or remove items to stay within your limit.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the higher plan features.
What counts as a bill upload?
Each utility bill you upload (photo or PDF) counts as one bill upload. The OCR scanning to extract data from the bill is included — there's no separate charge for the AI extraction.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store for iOS users. Web-based payment options are coming soon.
