Terms of Use (End User License Agreement) for Go Live

1. Description of the App

Go Live is a live streaming simulation app that lets you experience an Instagram-style live stream using your device camera, with AI-generated virtual viewers, comments, likes, and gifts. The App does not broadcast to the internet; all audience interactions are simulated locally on your device for entertainment and practice.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

3.1 Subscription Plans

Go Live offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Weekly subscription – Billed per week (e.g. €6.99/week). Price may vary by region.
• Yearly subscription – Billed once per year (e.g. €59.99/year). Price may vary by region.
• Free trial – A 3-day free trial may be offered for new subscribers. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period (weekly or yearly) unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel or manage your subscription in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policy; we cannot issue refunds directly.

3.4 Payment

All payments are processed by Apple. You agree to Apple’s payment terms. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy for Go Live, which describes what data we collect (if any), how we use it, and your rights. By using the App, you consent to the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to harass others, distribute illegal or harmful content, or attempt to circumvent any access or payment controls. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding user-generated content you create), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. The simulated audience and interactions are for entertainment only and do not represent real users or real broadcasting.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we (and our affiliates, officers, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App or any subscription. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including sections on liability, intellectual property, and governing law) will survive termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at this URL and update the "Effective Date." For material changes, we may provide notice in the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
